Qualow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a B2B SaaS lead generation platform that helps automation freelancers discover and connect with potential clients. Qualow is operated out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Qualow acts as the data controller for personal data collected through its platform and website.

From public sources — we aggregate publicly available business information from job boards and public directories to generate lead data for our users.
From third parties — we may receive data from analytics providers, payment processors, or authentication services you use to access Qualow.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to provide and operate the Qualow platform, including surfacing relevant leads to our users. We also use data to process transactions and manage billing, communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests, improve and optimize our platform’s features and performance, detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward (up to 12 months) to handle any follow-up matters.
Billing data is retained as required by tax and financial reporting laws, typically up to 7 years.
Usage and technical data is retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes, and identifiable records are deleted within 24 months of collection.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You may access your personal information held by us, challenge the accuracy and completeness of your information and have it amended, and withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information.
12. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular review of our security practices.

Qualow is a B2B platform designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.
